Duties: • Report to Managed Service Manager • Shows initiative and acts independently or as a team member to resolve problems. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to completion. • Network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting experience are a plus. • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. • Writing and implementing efficient code. • Ability to create scripts. • Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
