Altai Consulting is recruiting one female Jordanian consultant for around 20 working days, in end January and February 2021.
Tasks:
- Attend a training (remotely)
- Display episodes of a children’s TV program to a sample of Jordanian and Syrian children and their caregivers (generally their mothers)
- Conduct interviews with these children and their caregivers
- Write the precise transcripts of these interviews, in English
- Participate to the final findings workshop (in Beirut is possible, otherwise remotely)
Qualifications and profile:
- Residing in Jordan
- Experience of work with children (surveys on children, primary education, kindergarten, NGO work focusing on children, child psychologist, etc.)
- Experience in conducting data collection, qualitative or quantitative, for NGOs or development actors
- Ability to circulate inside Jordan
- University-level degree
- Professional level in written English
Conditions: rewarding daily-rate contract.
