Supply Associate - Amman
JOB PURPOSE
To develop and maintain an optimum operational setup of deliveries while building a strong relationship with Captains.
JOB DIMENSIONS
The Supply Associate will be considered the go-to person for all operational aspects such as training, onboarding & quality standards. The Supply Associate also owns the entire process of captain support and providing solutions to any of their problem.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITES (OUTPUTS, KPI’S)
1-Training & Onboarding of new captains.
2-Maintain service quality standards.
3- Monitor day to day operations of the Mobility of Things (MoT) & Mobility of People (MoP) segments of the business.
4- Ability to work independently on assigned KPIs.
5- Well versed in Excel.
JOB CONTEXT
Developing and maintain strong relationships with all Captains.
Acting as a first point of contact for existing suppliers and partners.
Acting as a first point of customers representatives as and when needed.
Recruiting new Captains and train them to ensure best quality of service.
Training Captains on our technology and customer service experience standards.
Qualifications, Experience, Skills And Knowledge
Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent computer user.
Ability to effectively trouble shoot problems and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Experience working within a similar role is highly desirable.
Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable.
