Web System Expert
Job Description
Install or configure web server software.,Document installation or configuration procedures to allow maintenance and repetition.,Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.,Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data.,Develop web site performance metrics.,Document application and web site changes or change procedures.,Test new software packages for use in web operations or other applications.,Develop or implement procedures for ongoing web site revision.,Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or web sites.,Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.,Recommend web site improvements, and develop budgets to support recommendations.,Implement updates, upgrades, and patches in a timely manner to limit loss of service.,Identify, standardize, and communicate levels of access and security.,Inform web site users of problems, problem resolutions or application changes and updates.,Perform user testing or usage analyses to determine web sites' effectiveness or usability.,Evaluate or recommend server hardware or software.,Develop testing routines and procedures.,Correct testing-identified problems, or recommend actions for their resolution.,Identify or document backup or recovery plans.,Test issues such as system integration, performance, and system security on a regular schedule or after any major program modifications
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or IT related fields.,At least (5) years continuous professional technical experience in IT technology with qualified certifications, achievement track record & training in the above mentioned Accountability Technical Areas.,Planning and tuning web applications.,Very strong and solid understanding of web-service and its different types.,Knowledge of security for applications, networking, and operating systems,Must have a high-level understanding of Drupal development patterns, custom module development, and third-party integrations,Knowledge of CMS platform configuration and optimization,Deployment using automation knowledge,Monitoring and virtualization experience,Strong communications skills,Agile tools software knowldge : Jira - Confluence, Git, …,Knowledge in SSL and ways of implementation is must.,knowledge in SQL commands is a must,Hands-on experience and understanding of Apache, Tomcat Apache, JBoss websphere web servers under different operating systems,Excellent knowledge & Experience in Telecom Environment or Large Corporates applications of Billing, ERP, CRM, DWH with integrated end-to-end infrastructure IT services is a plus.,Excellent knowledge & Experience in Project Management.,Team player, Organized, Systematic and logical approach to work order.,Highly reactive and work under pressure.,Excellent Planning, Organizational and interpersonal written and spoken in English and Arabic.,High ability to motivate and interact effectively with both Senior management and technical staff.,Strong communication and presentation skills.
