We are looking for a (female )purchasing manager Financial services
Excited and results-based to join the team food company at Zarqa Alduleil.
Responsibilities:
- Managing purchase orders by origin and expediting when necessary.
Review requests and convert them into purchase orders.
- Purchase orders processing, receiving, verification.
- Monitor and track the continued fulfillment of inventory for items.
-Organizing and drafting company documents in paper and electronic files.
-Communicate and assist in resolving vendor billing and shipping issues.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance.
- Experience of not less than five years previously.
- Proficient and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Excellent written and spoken English.
-Professional and effective communication, both speaking and in writing
-could go anywhere on business travel
-Organizational skills, problem solving and time solving
-Solve strategic problems with a high focus on accuracy, urgency and completeness
-Analysis of purchase orders of the purchasing department
-Outsourcing contracts and new resources to suppliers
The need for multiple purchase contracts
-International Purchase and Sale Control Department
-Manage all factory purchases
-Place daily purchase orders with sellers
-Maintain all cooperative buying offers
-Monitor all physical functions including purchasing.
