AIQU is hiring Sr. Technical Recruiter to work remotely for staffing in the KSA region
Job Details:
Role: Sr. Technical Recruiter (KSA/UAE/GCC Recruitment Process)
Employment Type: Permanent (remotely)
Notice Period: up to 30 days (Immediate joiners preferred)
Salary: Open to discuss
Important note: Candidates should be based in Jordan currently
Skills Required:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Technical Recruitment having extensively worked on IT roles such as Digital, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Mobility, etc.
- Should possess the global hiring experience and using the latest social media channels as a sourcing platform
- Excellent English & Arabic written and verbal communication skills
- Learning Agility, Go-getter attitude
- KSA/UAE/GCC hiring experience will be an added advantage
- Good Client Management, Candidate Engagement & Escalation Management experience
- Expertise in conducting Walk-ins, Recruitment Drives at multiple geographies
- Bachelor's Degree is a must
