Duties:
• Prepare journal entries.
• General ledger operations.
• Preparing purchases orders and sales invoices & the upkeep of an accurate accounts filing system.
• Administrate a receivable and payable account.
• Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals.
• Preparation of monthly expense claim payment runs.
• Reconciliations of banks.
• Sales and Income tax.
• Social security.
