Validation Engineer Job Vacancy
We are looking to recruit a Validation Engineer who is required to perform the qualification and validation activities in order to be deployed into a production environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, execute and follow-up on the planned protocols and reports for the Equipment/system/instrument qualification, Cleaning Validation, Computer System Validation and Mapping studies.
Minimum Knowledge of Risk Management System Tools.
Review the related procedures of the equipment/system/utility that are under qualification and ensure of conformance in accordance with as built status
Ensure of the validation methods are updated accordingly with the cGMP, related regulations and guidelines.
Collect and follow-up on the temperature and relative Humidity data from the manufacturing plant.
Follow-up on the change control system that related to the validation activities.
Prepare and execute the planned Re-Qualification / Re-Validation studies and implement the changes.
Conduct statistical studies for production processes, environmental data and other statistical reviews in order to identify the root causes, to be corrected or improved.
Requirements:
BSc. degree in Chemical or any other Engineering related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Team works oriented.
