IT Business Analysis Officer
The IT Business Analysis Specialist is responsible for producing the outline designs of new IT systems for others to develop and build. He/ she will be involved in monitoring small projects’ implementation
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with developers and end users in order to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Draw up scenarios for new systems and test their implementation.
- Specify the data, files, and logical operations that will be performed by the system, as well as the final data layout.
- Conduct research in order to keep abreast of technical and industry developments
- Coordinate project meetings and record project requirements.
- Assess available solutions for technical and business suitability.
- Create logical and innovative solutions for problems in order to avoid recurrence.
- Coordinate with Brand suppliers in order to prepare e-files exchange with the department for speciĮc projects.
- Provide training to users on new systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Strong knowledge in the Business field (ERP Systems) Good Experience in SQL server , Access , SQL scripts coding.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS office.
