Call Center Representative
Job Description
The Customer Service Representative has to answer inbound and outbound calls. And to respond to the customer queries through phone calls.
General Requirements:
- Saudi Nationality Only.
- Very Good command of the English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, internet, e-mail).
- Customer Service oriented.
- Call Center experience is a huge plus.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers over the phone.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and overcome objections.
- Handle calls in a pressure environment.
- Capable of handling issues and complaints by providing solutions to the customers.
- Fully aware of information related to the product or services of the organization.
- Flexible towards shifts as per work requirements.
