Job Summary:


Zain Jordan is actively recruiting for a Contact Center Agent. You will serve as the first point of contact between Zain and our loyal customers, and you will be assisting them in a professional manner that will reflect our Zain values and mission.


Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:



  •  Providing technical assistance to customers subscribed to Enterprise, Broadband , ETTH, FTTH and Hosting services
  • Providing assistance concerning billing and service terms and procedures to customers
  • Resolving the customers problems through guidance, recommending proper solution(s), and proposing adequate enlightenments in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conducting campaigns with various purposes such as research, customer satisfaction and retention ...etc, aiming at enhancing customer’s experience and their loyalty to Zain.
  • Extending job knowledge by constantly following up on the new offered services and products by Zain and other competitors through attending training sessions, applying self-learning techniques …etc.
  • Promoting Zain’s current and new offers, products, and services by approaching customers in a professional manner, gaining their interest, and perceiving their preferences and necessities in order to provide them with the right offers that match their needs.
  • Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.


  • Working conditions:

Working Days : 5-6 days per week ( including weekends ).

Working hours : 8 hours per day.

Salary : Hourly based.



Qualifications and Education Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree of one of the below majors:

  • Computer engineering
  • Telecommunication Engineering
  • Communication Engineering
  • Computer Information System
  • Computer System
  • Networking
  • Software Engineering
  • BIT


Experience:

  • 0-3 years’ experience in a related field

 

Soft Skills:

  • Customer Oriented.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Excellent Team work skills.
  • Works under pressure.
