Leaders Center is looking for a self-driven and ambitious Secretary to join our team! You will support managers through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment.
  • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls.
  • Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.


Qualifications :- 

  • Minimum 5 years proven admin or secretarial experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working under pressure
