VAS Products Management Team Leader
Job Summary:
You will be responsible for developing and handling the Value-Added Services & Content portfolio based on market requirements and technology capabilities, and achieving annual revenue and product performance targets.
In addition to, you will handle the day-to-day operations of VAS services including new content introduction and enhancement of existing service features. Defining the product strategy and roadmap for VAS services, involving product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organization’s vision and objectives.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:
- Responsible for planning, developing and managing Zain’s Content & VAS portfolio of products and services including strategic project management, requirements setting based on the market and technology capabilities, in addition developing and implementing new Innovative Digital revenue streams to achieve annual targets.
- Monitor revenues and product usage metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to ensure that the product is performing according to set KPIs.
- Ensure VAS portfolio diversification – both in term of revenue streams and content, services mix, by creating and reinforcing multiple verticals catering to Zain customers.
- Working closely with multiple vendors and partners and VAS Aggregators on different Content and VAS Services for Consumers, exploring cases in different verticals, understanding market trends, industry needs, customer pain and influence customer.
- Research, Design, develop and evaluate new Consumer products & services by looking for new trends and needs.
- Develop new consumer services business cases and feasibility studies in a way that helps the decision makers to take the right decisions, in addition to write the product concept and features.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop consumer solutions to address customers' challenges working with various solution providers.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineer, Marketing, IT, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and writing in English
