Scientific and practical requirements
- He has a bachelor's degree in project management, survey engineering,
facility management engineering, and business administration
- It is preferable to have a training course certificate International facility manager association
- Has a great knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and practical knowledge of procurement
- He has at least 10 years experience in project management / building maintenance
- He has experience in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
- He has advanced skills in dealing with Microsoft programs and professional accounting programs
- Has the skills of data analysis and consideration
