Job Purpose:: Control the company’s financial assets and costs through the review of the financial transactions and ensuring the compliance with the financial policies and standards. Provide management with all the financial data and reports to support the decision-making process. Job Description: Preparing daily accounting entries on the accounting system Preparing and managing all customers’ accounts, vendors and employees Following up and collecting company’s receivables (debtors) Preparing and organizing monthly payrolls Following up with banks and preparing banking reconciliations Following up with sales tax department and social security department Using an Accounting Software program. Validate Purchases and ensure that all purchases Transaction made through pre-approved Vendors. Skills: Years of Experience needed: minimum 4 years Very motivated and well organized. Eager to learn. Team player. Bilingual with v. good in English & Arabic Strong personality and self-confident. Competent and hard working. Work independently
