Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Job Brief: Rental Company looking for a Rental Maintenance Supervisor to support our clients who need to rent a vehicle for a period of time & Maintains service operations by inspecting and maintaining vehicles.. Responsibilities: 1. Strong knowledge of computer software systems used. 2. Respond to phone calls. 3. Communicated detailed contracts, rental policies, and procedures for clients . 4. Manage and supervise completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters. 5. Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems. 6. Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs. 7. Emailing a preventive maintenance Email for clients and corporation . 8. Send maintenance report summary that has been done through the month to clients . 9. Following on Technician movments ( Fuel refill, locations and maintenance ). 10. Damage and accident Report & filing. 11. Answering all calls on emergency line 24\7 . Requirements: 1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive engineer or any related field. 2. Minimum 3 years vehicle maintenance experience and administration work . 3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. 4. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 5. Fluent English is a requirement. 6. A polite and professional disposition.
