Responsibilities

 

Serves customers by selling lab devices & reagents, products and meeting customer needs.

 

Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales leads.

 

Create new sales leads and customers adding it to CRM

 

Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales and competitors’ devices.

 

Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

 

Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.

 

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

 

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

 

Create comparison list for the company devices and competitor’s devices.

Follow up with customers and take their feedback about sold devices and tools to guarantee customer satisfaction.

 

Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

 

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

 

Requirements

 

Degree in Biomedical Engineering, laboratory.

sales experiences 1-3 years in the laboratory field.

Experience in laboratory equipment & application.

English & Arabic Language is a must.

Ability to work under pressure and on call full time

Has Good Communications skills

Basic Computer skills

Requirements 

Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Physiotherapy, or Orthopedic.

General sales experiences.

Experience in Physiotherapy Equipment and devices.

English & Arabic Language is a must.

Ability to work under pressure and on call full time

Has Good Communications skills

Basic Computer skills
