Job Title: Senior Pumping Officer (Job code: SE/1033)
Department: Marketing and Sales Department
Scope of Work :
Carries out all sales activities related to PUMPS & Valves product line, manages sales tasks and activities, achieves the expected sales target for the products, complying with the approved sales plan by top managers as well as works to maintain customer satisfaction and retain the existing customers as well.
Tasks and Duties :
Coordinates and manages the activities under his responsibility
Ensures the establishment and implementation of his/her related work procedures and work instructions, complying with the approved company’s quality system.
Implements the approved promotional campaigns related to Pumps and Valves products on international and national levels. Prepares the evaluation of the effectiveness of these campaigns.
Assists in developing a sales growth plan for PUMPS & VALVES products and carry out the sales plan, and implements the approved plan and achieves the required targets.
Prepares sales productivity reports and submits the reports to the product manager to discuss and implement the manager’s recommendations and corrective actions if any.
Conducts his /her targeted visits to existing customers and prospects companies and close the deals.
Participates in local and international exhibition and build a relationship with the clients
Retains the existing profitable clients and maintains customer satisfaction level at a higher level by ensuring that the quality of products and services meet customer’s expectations and company promises.
Minimum Education, Experience, and Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or any equivalent field.
Minimum three year’s experience, selling industrial products, pumps & Valves is plus
Good command of Arabic and English languages
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Presentation skills
Self-motivation

1- Engineer Sales Manager (Job code: SM/1030)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Contributes and implements sales department goals and objectives
- Coordinates, advises, instructs and manages all activities and personnel of the sales department under his / her responsibility
- Conducts regular visits to consultant, key accounts and prospect’s companies and support sales team to close the deals
- Develops a sales growth plan for the company products, collaborates with sales staff to carry out the sales plan, implements the approved plan, and achieves the required targets.
- Job responsibility might require sales manager travel regionally and internationally in order to promote, sells, attends training, conducts training, participates and attends exhibitions and tradeshows
Minimum Education, Experience, and Skills for both position
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of five years' experience in sales preferred in heating & A/C systems
Excellent command in English and Arabic language skills to business level
Project management skills
Ability to close large and complex deals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
