SyndiGate is looking for a Content Operations Assistant/ Customer success.
Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations
2. Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding, implementation, training.operations performance.
4. Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
5. Monitor clients orders and supplier relations.
Attending to any correspondence and emails by clients and leads.
6. Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team.
7. Help support monitor and troubleshoot during proof-of-concept evaluations.
8. Help support monitor and troubleshoot during proof-of-concept evaluations
Skills
1. Fluent English.
2. 0-3 years of experience in account management, or customer success.
3. Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
4. Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT or Industrial engineering.
