A leading company is looking for Certified/Licensed Medical Lab Manager to manage a private lab.
Qualification:
M.Sc. in Medical Technology/ Medical sciences
License permit of Medical Laboratory Specialist.
Job Objective:
Manage the daily activities of the lab and required tests, to be delivered on time.
Execute the needed tests to full fill the business plan requirements.
Assure the availability of all resources and materials within the Medical lab
Comply with the local and international, clinical and regulatory standards for blood samples and biological samples (GCP/GLP).
Evaluating the performance of the Medical lab department and laboratory personnel.
Skills & Abilities:-
Good documentation skills
Lab result interpretation skills.
Understand quality management system.
Management skills.
Excellent Communication Skills in both Arabic and English.
Problem solving, prioritizing, tactical execution, planning and analysis skills.
Time Management Skills.
Train Medical lab team on the new methodologies and guidelines.

Pharmaceutical Research Unit (PRU) has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Statistician Consultant to support us in our continuous growth.
Responsibilities:
· Use statistical software packages to propose clinical study designs – including but not limited to two-stage designs, semi - replicate, fully replicate - with the appropriate sample size and power calculations and justification.
· Provide expertise statistical knowledge and ensure optimization of all clinical trial designs
· Develop and write prespecified statistical analysis plans
· Carry out statistical analyses, interpreting results, and safeguarding the integrity and validity of the study when there is any modification of the protocol
· Prepare statistical report
· Answer queries related to study design selected, sample size chosen, statistical methods and study results.
· Prepare various reports for all designs and database
Must-Haves:
· MSc or PhD in Statistics / Biostatistics
· Experience with SAS
· Experience in statistical programming and modeling
· Experience in statistical treatment and sample size estimation for various study designs
· Knowledge in all phases of clinical studies; Phase I to Phase IV
· Background in biology, chemistry, health science or another field that is relevant to pharmaceutical testing.
· Critical thinking abilities
· Problem-solving skills - knowing how to solve data collection problems to gain accurate results.
