Graduate Opportunity- Jordan
Based on the recent partnership with Jordan’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MODEE), we are welcoming applications from graduates specializing in IT and Telecommunications for future roles as we continue to expand our Global Operations Centre in Jordan. As a Graduate you will join the team for an initial 12 months rotating within two different practices.

Who You Are
- Graduated with a degree in IT or Telecommunications
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Desktop and Network services protocols.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Arabic
- A solution driven attitude that wants to deliver the best for our customers.
- Customer service experience in a help desk or call center environment and/or travel the industry is advantageous.
