A big telecom company in Kuwait is seeking to hire an Account Manager with the following experience :
* Jordanian candidates only and currently residing in Kuwait is a must
- 4 - 5+ years of International sales Services selling with a successful background in Telecom
- Strong executive presence & leadership skills
- Good communication skills
- Good communications in English
- High level of communication & presentation skills required
- Self-motivated and ability to learn and work as Team work
- Sales Force Skills
- The ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints
- Passionate, hunger and resilience to work strategically on our targeted customers at the same time as managing relationships with new customers.
- Achieve company objectives through building strong working relationships with customer, maximizing and the effective management of accounts and building pipeline.
- Collaborative approach to meeting business objectives and ability to influence at all levels of matrixed organizations
- Accounts accountability & evolving through follow up and encaging
- hunger and resilience to work strategically with the team on targeted customers
- Develop an annual, medium and long-term plan that ensures the delivery of Business targets.
- achieving and exceeding territory revenue plans; maintaining existing customer base through renewals; growing revenues from the existing accounts
