𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Administrate Windows servers OS Domains, DNS, WSUS, MS Exchange, and DHCP services.
• Administrate & support Microsoft Office tools.
• Install, configure & maintain personnel computers including all needed setup to operate & connect to the LAN. • Handle end-users trouble requests efficiently.
• Demonstrate a blend of technical skills and responsibility.
• Troubleshoot any reported problems.
• Add, remove, or update user account information, reset passwords.
• Keep inventory of hardware and maintenance records.
• Ensure all software is properly licensed.
