I tried to look for people myself but I don’t have the time to keep doing it anymore. 1- Data Entry (Day/Night shift) – located in Irbid (2 open positions) Requirements: • Bachelor or college Degree • Very good English proficiency, both written and spoken • 0-1 years of experience in relevant fields • Very good skills in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) 2- Procurement Officer (Night shift) – Amman or Irbid Responsibilities: • Select the appropriate suppliers and place purchase orders • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, orders confirmations, and other important data • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and lead time • Communicate issues and claims with both suppliers and customer service effectively Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field of study from a reputable university • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken • 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields • Excellent skills in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • CIPS, CSCP, CSCA certifications are a plus 3- Logistics Officer (Day/Night shift) – Amman or Irbid Responsibilities: • Monitor production status and “ready to ship” orders • Arrange shipments based on destination and customer’s required delivery dates • Make professional decisions taking into consideration cost and lead time, and shipping in the most efficient, cost effective way • Maintain records of shipments and shipping documents • Communicate issues and claims with both suppliers and customer service effectively Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field of study from a reputable university • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken • 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields • Excellent skills in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • CIPS, CSCP, CSCA certifications are a plus 4- Indoor sales (Night shift from 5:00 PM -2:00 AM) – Amman or Irbid التقديم من خلال الضغط على الصورة
