A Reputable Company in Amman is looking for Senior Human Resources Officer with the following qualifications and tasks:
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 5+ Experience years in HR Role.
- Solid knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and Social Security.
- Proficiency use of MS application (Excel) and reporting skills.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Industrial Experience is a plus.
• In her duties candidate will be in charge of the following:
1. HRD:
- Prepare the training Plan according the TNA and sign it as appropriate.
- Document all conducted trainings & training evaluation.
- Communicate training evaluations with trainers.
- Make sure that all employees are apprised on time.
- Update the company organization chart on timely Manner.
2. Reporting:
- HR KPI Reports.
- Training Report.
- Head Count Report and available vacancies in dorm.
- Performance Report.
3. Social Security:
- Execute employee’s monthly addition and cancelation from Social Security.
4. TKTs & Transportation Management:
- Reserve TKTs and transportation from factory to the airport and from airport to factory.
- Document TKT utilization (%) as per the employment contract.
5. Others:
- Follow up with resigned employees until they leave the country.
- Update documents and records required for annual audits.
- Assist HR manager in HR Daily running.
