A Leading Molasses/ Tobacco factory in Jordan- Amman is seeking to hire professional candidates for the following vacancies:
Operation Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Responsible on Store, Production, Maintenance and Quality departments in all issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bs.c in Engineering.
At least 5 years' experience as Operation Manager in Molasses/Tobacco industry.
Excellent communications skills and negotiations skills.
Technical knowledge of manufacturing operations and production in molasses/tobacco.
Continuous improvement experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent command in English Language.
