IT Technical Support
Responsibilities:
1- Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
2- Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
3- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
4- Experience in Windows 7,8,10 and Office 2007,2010,2013.
5- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
6- Providing support over the phone ,remotely or on-site.
7- Familiar with domain environment is a plus.
IT Technical Support Requirements and Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field.
2- Excellent interpersonal skills.
3- (0 - 2) years of experience.
4- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
5- Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
6- Have a car (Preferred).
