Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Key Accountabilities:
1.Provide general support including receiving visitors, answering, and transferring calls.
2.Ensuring the office is well stocked with stationary.
3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
4.Handle customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
5.Helping finance department with invoicing issuance.
6.Data Entry.
7.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s Degree
2.Advanced Level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
3.Can-Do positive attitude, with friendly and approachable manner.
4.Time management skills
5.Medium Level English language is mandatory.
6. +1-year previous experience in a similar role
