We are hiring Teller
Requirement:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Finance or any related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduate / 0-1 year of experience
- Language: Arabic and English.
Required Competencies:
- Good analytical skills.
- Good listing and interpersonal skills.
- Good Email correspondence skills.
- Good monitoring skills.
- Customer focus skills.
Duties:
-Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
-Issues receipts to customers.
-Reconciles cash drawer daily.
-Answers customer questions about service performed or refers them to someone who can.
-Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
-Deposit cash in banks on a daily basis
-Maintains a professional appearance.
