Production supervisor
Starting salary ~450JD salary
Location: KADDB Industrial park, Dhlial (We are a private independent company)
Ideal candidate is a recent college graduate or equivalent. A Strongly motivated applicant that is looking to be a part of something new and challenging. Female applicants are encouraged to apply.
English proficiency required. This job will require communication directly with American based work colleagues.
Education preferred.
Having a bachelor level engineering, math, mechanical, product design or programming background is ideal. Degrees are preferred however strong applicants without degrees may be considered.
Job description:
These individuals will oversee the production of products manufactured on CNC machines. (Team of 2-3 per shift)
Product design and development. This can include the following.
Prototyping. CAD drawings and design. Understanding manufacturing processes and machining capabilities. Ability to use CAD/CAM software like Fusion360. Making fixtures and programs for the machines. Setting up the machines during product changeovers. Overseeing part production quality. Simple maintenance on the machines if issues arise. Material planning.
Software used: Fusion360
Machines we use: Haas VF2SS with 4th axis rotaries, Haas ST20Y ( live tooling lathes) 3 axis secondary machines like Haas Mini Mill

Company profile:
This should be interesting. So in the United States our sister companies produce and sell consumer firearms and firearm parts to the public and to other companies within the industry. In America firearms are more common then people (about 400million firearms in America). What JO Manufacturing will be doing is producing non critical parts and accessories for this industry. A poor reference but think of the Call of Duty games for Xbox and how they have all different colors and parts making the firearms different and unique. This is what we will produce but for the real world. We do have a set product portfolio currently and this is what will be produced first. Once we have a solid understanding of this as a company we will begin new product development and design.
