Senior Corporate Operations Executive

Job Description 


  • Provide day-to-day Follow-up and support to the Middle-Mile organization with a keen eye toward operational excellence, leveraging systems and processes to maximize the operations' efficiency and productivity. 
  • Statistical/Analytical skills to study Data, analyze trends, and go into KPIs.
  • Background in data visualization using BI tools.
  • Analyze data on actual performance against target and provide action plan to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Perform audits and follow ups on all Ground Operations actions to ensure they work according to standards and that a high level of performance and productivity is maintained.
  • Have an interest in researching new technologies, tools to improve operational performance
  • Working within aramex global support office overseeing and supporting Aramex stations to achieve service excellence based on Aramex standard procedure.
  • Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Middle-mile digital transformation plan with all network stations. 
  • Prepare and arrange system training sessions and ensure ground operations resources have the needed knowledge to perform their work.
  • Being able to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.


Job Requirements 

  • Bachelor's in industrial engineering or logistics.
  • 1 - 4 Years of experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Analytical and problem-solving Skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
