A Reputable Company in Amman is looking for Warehouse Keeper
* Minimum Qualifications:
- BSc. Industrial engineer/ logistics / business administration
- Experience 0 to3 years
- CSCP, CSCA, WMS, CLTD is a plus
- Strong organizational, technical writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
- Self-starter, flexible, team player, willing to work on a wide variety of tasks with minimum supervision.
* Primary job responsibilities include the following:
- Responsible for receiving materials, checking against invoices / packing list, finding any discrepancies, and reporting damage –if any-.
- Input Invoice data.
- Control the segregation/ proper storage of the materials after receiving and arrange it on the racks according to a specific system.
- Responsible for applying the identification cards for each item.
- Separate material for each PO for MQP / MD inspection.
- Responsible for delivery of items received by warehouse to concerned departments.
- Responsible for fabric / accessories reservation process.
- Responsible on the stock tacking process periodically.
- Supervising workers and responsible for the distribution of their work.
- Making daily, monthly, yearly reports and any other reports upon request.
