Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team and provide support by managing daily & monthly accounting tasks.

 

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing reports and statements, managing inventory entries, conducting bank reconciliations and routine audits.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·       Bookkeeping - Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

·       Prepare and submit bi-monthly tax reports and submittals.

·       Update transactions and other data on all Company systems' while ensuring accuracy and availability of data on a need-basis.

·       Ensure inventory system is updated and maintain accurate data entry of goods & services.

·       Assist in preparation of annual statements and maintain coordination with external auditors.

·       Manage payables, receivables and manage Company banking system by preparing payments for authorizations, maintaining bank statements as well as issuance of bonds.


Qualifications:



·       Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

·       2 Years’ Experience in Accounting.

·       Knowledgeable in local laws and regulations, specifically taxation-related policy.

·       Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals

·       Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

·       Fluency in Cloud Accounting Systems.
