Atlas Medical is looking to hire a Female Sales officer
Job description
Prepare a quotation Price List.
Notify the Customer about the date of shipment and send shipping documents to him before two days of shipment date.
Prepare Performa Invoice and internal request.Inform the customer about the promised shipping date.
Communicate with shipping companies in order to ship the customer shipment.Prepare the commercial invoice, packing list and the AWB to send them to the customer.Preparation of annual and monthly sales plans.Prepare yearly plan for each customer by using yearly plan form.
Take minutes of meeting for sales department every 3 months.
Any other work assigned by General Manager or Sales Manager.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, Biology or Medical analysis.
-Have at 1-2 years of experience in the same field.

Client Relationships.
Computer skills: Microsoft office and email
Language skills: Arabic and English speak and written.
