FMCG company locating in Zarqa looking to hire talented and professional HR& Admin Executive, role responsibilities include compensation & benefits, employees records, recruitment, training and development, Reporting, administrative services. The ideal candidate should be responsible and reliable, willing to contribute in making difference to make our company better place to work, He should be highly efficient, Excellent Communicator, organized, Positive, and approachable. We are expecting Him to have a very good knowledge of various HR functions and administrative responsibilities as well as the knowledge of valid Jordanian labor regulations.

Requirements& Qualifications:

BA degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or any other related field

Very Good English skills both speaking and writing 

Successful work experience as HR Officer, Specialist, administrator, or other HR positions. 

knowledge of HR functions and procedures and committed to stay current on the understanding of labor and valid legislation.

Excellent in Microsoft office and HRMS is an added value.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

Excellent communication skills

Positive Attitude with aptitude of critical thinking and problem solving. 

Strong character, ethics, commitment, reliability, flexibility and trustworthy.

Preferable male applicants to fit factory daily operations.

Preferable applicant residing in Zarqa or nearest. 

The required experience 1-3 years
