Hammoudeh Food Industries Co. is looking to attract a candidate in the position of "Human Resources Officer” as per the following:
• Conduct new employees’ orientation and inform them about job descriptions, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions.
• Follow up employee training and development.
• Follow up employee evaluation.
• Prepare and maintain employment records such as hiring, termination, Leaves, transfers, or promotions.
• Maintains employee records and paperwork.
• Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company
Skills
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in human resources.
• Good knowledge in human resources management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Very Good English language.
