Future Technology Systems Co. (FutureTEC) 

 

 An inside sales officer for the Cloud services will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. 

the suitable candidate will be responsible for scanning the market, making phone calls and closing certain deals over the phone. 


Key Responsibilities :                                                                                                                         

 

  • Customer service & communication skills 
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails 
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements. 
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales account managers for further development and closure. 
  • Accelerate customer adoption of Cloud & Security services 
  • Working with sales account managers to drive alignment and knowledge of each cloud solution and technologies to facilitate broad sales growth 
  • owning updates on progress of qualified leads transferred to account managers and their own opportunities. 
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory 
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest 


Requirements 

  

  • 1-2 years of successful relationship inside sales experience , preferably in public / hybrid cloud environment and Security Experience with cloud services is a plus 
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day 
  • Identify, qualify sales opportunities. 
  • Prepare and present formal proposals to different levels of organizations 
  • Consult with customers to assess their business need 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
  • Functional understanding of key technologies and trends in the cloud domain , security services, etc. 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills 
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 
  • Entrepreneurial & Commercial thinking : ambitious , self- driven , persuader and influencer, persistent , action oriented & change driver 
  • Customer Focus – Provide solutions that uniquely satisfy each customers needs 
  • Solutions-focused : curious , positive , collaborative , issues into possibilities 

  

Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Candidates should be Bilingual (English & Arabic Speaking) 
  • Should have basic IT professional/ educational experience. 
  • Should possess good computer knowledge. 
  • Skill in preparing written communications and materials. 
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer-care. 
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. 
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. 
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
