Masrouji Group was established in the year 1959 in Jerusalem as a trade and import company for Pharmaceuticals. Masrouji Group is seeking a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator in Jordan

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Telemarketing and being aware of periodic marketing updates, contracts, rate changes, and bonuses.
2. Manages and follows up on marketing materials, including samples, leaflets, and flyers.
3. Assists in the administrative department duties and activities as needed, including archiving and filing documents.
4. Contains the ability to take a project from concept to final production with strong time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Manages, receives, and follows up financial collections and expenditures.
6. Ensure to receive all the invoices needed, and Distribution reports with in the company’s procedures.
7. Provides additional support to the financial department, including following up and auditing invoices.
8. Follows up with suppliers and prepares their payments within the company’s procedures.
9. Executes month end reporting procedures for the sales and marketing department.

Requirements & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field
Two years of full-time professional experience working directly in marketing, or public relations position.
Experience working with people of diverse backgrounds.
Creative & Analytical with an eagerness to take on new responsibilities and learn new skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Ability to work in dynamic, collaborative, team-oriented environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively internally and outside the organization.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong computer acumen including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
