Customs Accounting Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile Customs GLs for both product Exp and Freight.
- Booking payments entries for customs
- Booking AP entries for customs
- Reconcile the AP customs account.
- Make clearing entries.
- Following on pending cases such as shipments paid not invoiced, duplicate payments, variances.
- Following on not invoiced cases with the station and concerned team.
- made the final reconciliation after month closure and send the summary to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting
- Fresh graduate up to 1-year Experience
- Excellent command in Microsoft offices
- Excellent command in English
- Team Player
