Project Coordinator/QA Officer
Mindset, a regional market research firm based in Amman -Jordan is looking to hire a Project Coordinator/ QA Officer with the below qualifications:
• Minimum one year of professional experience related to market research or project management
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Very good command of Microsoft office
Some of the responsibilities include:
• Client servicing and management
• Creation of project action plan (including timelines, staffing, deliverables, milestones)
• Distribution of work to team members and following up on day-to-day tasks
• Reviewing questionnaires and tools
• Monitoring project budgets and project related expenditures
• Monitoring and reviewing team performance and quality of data gathered
• Preparing training manuals and presentations
• Creating the quality assurance manual for each project and ensuring compliance of all project members
• Report writing and editing (internal and external reports)
• Data analysis
• Optimizing organizational process and outputs
• Any other related task needed to fulfill the requirements of the position
