A Reputable Company in Amman is looking for HR Assistant / Data Entry with the following Qualifications and Duties:
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in MIS - Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency use of MS application (Excel).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English language.
• Duties:
- Processing Daily attendance and Overtime Report for the Production and different Departments.
- maintaining an accurate and up to date attendance for the employees, and follow the uncompleted attendance.
- Download the daily working hours for all and upload the daily working hours to payroll system.
- Making new employee’s faces recognition on devices.
- Making an accurate entry for leaves and vacations into the Payroll System.
- Check the time-in and time-out of the workers in the system.
- Filing the documents.
