Pioneers Academy is looking to hire a UI/UX designer.
Main Responsibilities:
- creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback.
- creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
- translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
- designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
- creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
- identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- collaborating effectively with product, developer, and management teams.
Key Requirements:
- bachelor’s degree/ diploma in design, fine arts, or related field.
- prior experience as a UI/UX designer as well as strong portfolio of related projects.
- proficient in Adobe creative suite (specifically XD, IIIustrator, and photoshop).
- good knowledge HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- basic knowledge in SEO skills is a plus.
- detail-oriented, strong attention to detail, and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- excellent communications skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions.
Have an experience from 2-5 years.

Pioneers Academy is looking to hire a Graphic design trainer.
Objective:
The trainer will be responsible for delivering classroom training and developing bespoke courseware to a variety of user levels with a passion.
Job description:
Thirst to deliver quality training to the market, interpersonal and communication skills, you will be a good organizer, possess excellent it skills.
To achieve the required quality targets as set by pioneers academy “quality team” and determined by delegate evaluations.
Can complete all updated professional certifications as appropriate, note that “pioneers academy” will support the trainers to be always updated by our certified test center.
Experience in creating new courses-from planning and creating the course outline and script and delivery to user group.
Interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to share expertise with others excellent presentation skills.
Requirements:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the same field.
- certified from adobe.
- have an experience in illustrator/ photoshop/ indesign/ premiere/ after effect.
