1- Showroom manager
- Manage and lead the retail department, guide team members towards maximum performance in order to achieve set target and increase revenues and profits.
- Provide constant direction and guidance to team members to ensure superior customer experience and high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed weekly / monthly reports about retail team performance and achievement of objectives and KPIs.
- Plan and execute offers, promotions, discount rates or special pricing plans.
- 3-6 years of experience in managerial level
- Fluent in English.
- Leadership, Solving problems, making decisions Skills.
