Job Description:
Tab has an immediate opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join their marketing team!
A few things to know before applying:
In this role, you will actively communicate with our marketing team to co-create concepts and meet the group’s demands. You will ensure that the messaging and images are conveyed in a brand-appropriate manner, crafting complex graphics, vector illustrations, and design solutions.
Day-to-day activities:
Design vector graphics and illustrations, branding, layouts, info graphics, UI visuals, etc.
Create innovative content, develop visual campaign concepts, new designs templates and layout options
Develop the overall look or style of campaign in cooperation with the team, determining how best to represent a concept visually
Produce design tasks, meeting strict deadlines, and prioritizing requests
Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy
Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Understanding company product and brand.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Fine Arts/Graphic Design
The ability to articulate design choices to team members
Stay current on art trends, social media visual guidelines and specs, digital design, etc.
Exceptional attention to details
Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Photo Retouching, Premiere is a plus!
An understanding and general knowledge of different types of creative mediums (illustration, animation, photo editing, etc)
Willing to support the marketing team on “non-design” marketing matters, such as branding, production, showrooms/market visits
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good organization skills.
