Cybersecurity Supervisor
Job Brief:
Responsible for developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining a standardized company-wide business continuity and information security for Umniah's subsidiary "Uwallet", in order to prevent and detect impacts of potential crisis or disasters and minimize their impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as UWallet CISO and represent UWallet in meetings with the CBJ or any other supervisory authorities
- Establish a cyber-security & business continuity program and policy while ensuring timely execution of the program, regular review, and update
- Manage the cyber-security & business continuity program and policy, assess the efficiency and completeness of the cyber-security program and ensure regular review and update of the security controls used on a regular basis
- Identify and assess cyber risks
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (such as deviations associated with the implementation of the cyber security policies and procedures, cyber security risks assessment results, cyber security program assessment in terms of completeness and efficiency) and come up with recommendations/ actions to be implemented, identify new requirements, identify threats and breaches related to the organization
- Develop and implement a cyber-attack response plan for instant response and recovery from any cyber-attack and continuously test and update the plan based on previous experiences and lessons learned from external parties
- Identify any missing security solutions that might be needed and assist in sizing and evaluating proposals
- Review and validate the policies and procedures on a regular basis
- Review network and systems on a regular basis to ensure secure configuration
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct manager
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security or any related field
Master's Degree in Cyber Security is a plus
Level of Experience: Advanced Experience in a related field
Certificates & Licensures:
Essential:
- ISO 27001 Certification
- ISO 22301 Certification
- CISM Certification
- Security +
- Penetration Testing Certification
Desirable:
- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Prof)
- OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert)
- Digital Forensics
Technical Sills & Knowledge:
Essential:
- Excellent knowledge of continuity and recovery plans development
- Excellent knowledge of Cyber Security Management
- Excellent IT and BCP and proven track record
- Excellent knowledge of auditing and testing methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Management
- Good knowledge of risk management: risk assessment techniques, mitigation techniques, risk probability and estimation
- Excellent knowledge of information security management: information security liabilities, information security processes procedures & policies, security authentication, security and safety measures
Desirable:
- Good knowledge of various analysis techniques
- Good knowledge of asset management: capacity planning, technology assets management
- Good knowledge of project management: project planning tracking, project reporting, issue resolution
