1- procurement and supply chain manager
With the below responsibilities:
assists in the procurement process of all new requests for supplies
. Focus on F&B and Fast Moving Consumer Goods ; sourcing of food raw material and restaurant supplies.
• Assists in Requests for Proposals and procurement contracts, POs and processing tenders. Collects quotations, proposals
. • Conduct periodic market researches and analysis; identify new suppliers for requested goods and services, analyse market trends, monitor prices and draft long-term agreements with suppliers. Maintains purchasing documents, files and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines
• Supports the manager in maintaining adequate inventory levels.
Reports on orders as needed.
• Performs buying duties when necessary.
• Prepares, maintains, and reviews purchasing files, reports and price lists.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Maintains and updates list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Ensures that procurement is carried out in accordance to -specific policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with Finance Department to make sure payments are delivered to the suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- Experience working in procurement and inventory management especially in food and beverage Excellent English language (Written & Spoken
2- kitchen steward staff
the responsibilities will include:
• Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk in fridge’s, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors and holding areas as well as the operation equipment
• Work in close cooperation with all kitchen and service employees
• Work as per duty schedule and shifts
• Perform all stewarding tasks as per given instructions
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
