Job Description
Receive and process calls from all customers, agents and other external / internal parties.
Provide follow up, occasional campaigns and call backs blended with normal inbound calls.
Handle and solve all inquiries, requests and complaints received via all channels available (phone, e-mail and …etc.)
Communicate with other departments all relevant customer inquiries if applicable.
Provide proper information to customers with complete and comprehensive understanding of Mr fixit products and services.
Keep up-to-date with all the services and products provided

Job Requirements
Excellent (Fluent) command of written and spoken English
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Working Hours US Eastern - 8 hours - 5 working Days - 2 days Off
