We’re looking to hire 2 associates for the position “IT technical Support” to work remotely from our back-office in Amman for a company based in the US.
• Primary Responsibilities:
- Ongoing IT Support to our retail stores by troubleshooting internet issues, printing, system performance, etc.
- Maintain all 45 retail shops software’s and hardware’s working properly, including: printers, scanners, network, cameras, emails etc.
- Design and Implement ticketing process for the company.
- Monitoring sales and work with the management to identify best practice to improve operations.
- Prepare training materials from the actual selling activities.
• Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor Degree.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and IT technical support.
- Experience in IT Role and/or support.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- We are focused on organized, critical thinkers.
- Energetic attitude and confidence in acting effectively in fast-moving consumer good (FMCG) environment.
