Job Description
§ Creating and executing marketing strategies in order to achieve sales targets and market expansion metrics.
§ Planning long term medical education and universal awareness campaigns to expand proficiencies and cultivate brand image.
§ Identify and foster professional relationships with key practitioners and procurement personnel.
§ Serve customers with the highest professional standards.
§ Propose marketing budget and follow up its implementation to ensure compliance with set budget.
§ Strategize and prioritize data driven online engagement tools and physical campaigns.
Skills & Expertise
§ The perfect candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in sales and marketing with a renowned pharmaceutical or medical company with robust achievements in consumer health.
§ B.Sc. in Optometry, Pharmacy or related fields.
§ Excellent communication skills and passion for change.
§ Outstanding work ethic and commitment to service.
§ Can handle work pressure and long working hours.
§ Fluency in English language is a must.
§ Ability to travel.
