Arab Medical Scientific Alliance Co. is seeking to hire a
Business Unit Manager/CCS solutions with critical care business with the following qualifications :
· B. Sc. Engineering (preferred bio-medical or electronics) or any related medical specialty.
· Minimum Experience: 5-10 years of experience of monitors, ventilators, anesthesia, respiratory devises, cardia devices
· Training and Certifications in critical care devices.
Main role:
- Ensure that a business unit is meeting goals that contribute to the overall success of a company.
- Business Unit leader must be able to effectively manage a wide range of duties and supervising sales team.
- Supervise sales team and provide them with needed support to achieve monthly targets.
- Train and Mentor Staff, responsible for team performance and monitoring sales representatives.
- Create conductive harmonies working environment, which supports work creativity and vitality to motivate all team members to perform efficiency.
- Actively Strategize, and advise new marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Explore and analyze market trends and scan distribution in order to find and identify new opportunities.
- Actively Monitor Project Goals to reach the desired outcome.
- Prepare periodic reports to give time and empower customer’s relationships and ensure profitable performance of business operations applying sales fundamental for achieving business objectives including: coverage, distribution, productivity and visibility.
- Aware of new products and competition status
- Willingness to travel for abroad trainings by the principals.
